The Real Thailand - 4 Weeks

Experience Thailand like no tourist ever has. One of our most popular programs where you can chose from several options.

Starting every week with an overnight stay in Bangkok and a week long Introduction, Experience the magic of rural Thailand, with Thai cooking and language lessons, bathe in waterfalls, learn to meditate, visit beautiful temples and relax on stunning beaches, trek jungles and volunteer.

During this time you will also engage in the following activities and other more: learn about Thai culture, Thai language and cooking lessons, visit the famous Buddhist Temple: Wat Phranon Jaksi, the old capital of Ayutthaya (including visit to the elephant village), Lopburi's museum and pagoda, and a cruise along the Chaopraya river.

There will be ample time to meet local people, taste local cuisines food and learn about the Thai customs. After our introduction program you'll be ready to continue your Cultural Immersion Program in Thailand. During this week you will be absorbed in Thai culture by visiting temples, talk with monk, sleep in an authentic temple, learn about meditation and last but not least you will visit the Bueng Chawak Zoo and Suphanburi, where you will learn about traditional Thai pottery, called Benjarong.

You can tailor the experience too. In week 3 there is an option to volunteer on a community project, take a week trekking in the jungle & rainforest of a National Park or learn some Muay Thai.

The last week of the real Thailand program will be the beach week. This week is all about relaxing, swimming, chilling and reading and time to explore this tropical paradise.

The Real Thailand is a 4 Week Package which can be extended. You can also tag on extra weeks to your Thailand experience by choosing from a range of extra volunteer options (teaching English, caring for children in an orphanage, or helping hill tribe communities).

Location

Our beautiful center is located on the riverside in the village of Tha-kan, near the small cities of Singburi and Tha-chang. In Singburi you will find all the amenities you could need i.e. internet, shops, swimming pool, hospital, pharmacy, banks and restaurants. There are several temples in the area, some of which are quite well-known. You can find banks and Internet access in either of the neighboring cities, which are both about 15 minutes away by car. The center is situated about 15 km from the town of Singburi.

Accommodation & Meals

Accommodation will vary according to the program week. For the Introduction, Culture, Volunteer week, your new home will be in our center in Singburi in central Thailand. There are over 20 rooms and each room has 4-6 beds, all rooms have western style toilets and showers. All rooms have a private toilet/ bathroom with western style toilets.

Three Good meals including vegetarian provided everyday, with plenty of snacks and fresh fruit.

For the Beach Break, accommodation will be in a resort by the sea (twin sharing).
